Jerez de la Frontera stands for sunshine and an unbeatable atmosphere.

With your MotoGP Jerez 2026 Tickets, you won’t just feel the adrenaline on the track. You’ll soak up the real Andalusian vibe. The city, the energy, and the surroundings make this weekend something truly special.

Food highlights & vibes in Jerez

Good food is part of the deal in Jerez. In the city centre, it’s all about tapas, with one bar after the next lining the streets. Local favourites include La Cruz Blanca and Albores, where you can try classic tapas with a glass of regional wine. Fancy something different? Alboronia Bar-Tapas serves up creative dishes with Andalusian-Moroccan flavours. And of course, no evening is complete without a Tinto de Verano.

At night, Jerez really comes alive. In traditional tabancos, you’ll find sherry, flamenco, and lively street scenes that often go on until the early hours. If you're up for ending your day in style, the old town has cosy bars with music, cocktails and that authentic Andalusian charm. For more bar tips, check out TripAdvisor.

Mini getaway between Cádiz and Conil

Whether you're after relaxation or post-race vibes, the Costa de la Luz has it all. Just 30 minutes from Jerez, Cádiz brings you seaside charm and great drinks.

Further south, Conil de la Frontera awaits with whitewashed houses, a laid-back surf vibe and beach bars right by the water, also known as chiringuitos. The perfect place to enjoy a drink with sea views or simply keep the race weekend rolling.

The Andalusian vibe

Andalusia moves at its own pace – a bit louder, a bit more relaxed, and full of life. In Jerez, racing meets real street culture, with lively tapas bars and music late into the night.

The city’s energy is everywhere: on the track, in the bars, and in the streets. Don’t miss out on your MotoGP experience in Jerez!

How to get to the Jerez circuit

Expand/Collapse

The Circuito de Jerez – Ángel Nieto is just a few kilometres outside Jerez de la Frontera and easy to reach thanks to its great location in southern Spain. Whether you're arriving by plane, train, car or motorbike – here are the best tips to help you arrive relaxed and ready for race weekend.

Arriving by plane: airports near the Jerez circuit

The closest airport is Jerez Airport (XRY), with regular domestic connections. For international visitors, Seville (SVQ) and Málaga (AGP) airports are great alternatives, both about two hours away and well connected by train and motorway.

From there, you can reach Jerez easily via train (Renfe), long-distance bus, or rental car. A hire car gives you the most flexibility, not only to reach the circuit but also to explore the Andalusian coast around Cádiz and Conil at your own pace.

Arriving by train or bus

Jerez de la Frontera station is directly connected to Spain’s Renfe network, with regular routes from Seville, Cádiz, Málaga and Madrid. From the station, you can take the P4 city bus, which stops close to the circuit entrance.

On race weekend, additional shuttle buses run from the city centre to the circuit – they depart every few minutes during the day from the Rotonda Minotauro and take around 30 minutes. A great option if you don’t have a rental car.

Tip: Use the Renfe app or Moovit app to check live train and bus times and find the best connections in and around Jerez.

Arriving by car or motorbike

If you're driving yourself, the circuit is easy to reach via the A-382 motorway. Just enter “Circuito de Jerez – Ángel Nieto” into Google Maps for the fastest route.

Approximate distances to the circuit:

  • Seville: approx. 1 hour / 90 km
  • Málaga: approx. 2.5 hours / 200 km
  • Cádiz: approx. 30 minutes / 40 km
  • Chiclana de la Frontera: approx. 35 minutes / 50 km
  • Conil de la Frontera: approx. 45 minutes / 70 km

There are clearly signposted parking areas around the circuit. It’s worth heading out early, especially on race days, to avoid traffic and queues.

Top tip: Travelling by motorbike? You’ll benefit from special bike parking zones located right near the entrance, providing quick and easy access.
