The Silverstone MotoGP schedule runs from 1–3 August 2026, with the main race taking place on Sunday, 3 August. The final timetable will be released shortly before the event, but one thing’s certain: three days packed with racing, action and atmosphere await you.

Flying in? If you’re heading to Silverstone for MotoGP 2026, these are the quickest airports to reach:

From the airport, you can either hire a car or take a train to Milton Keynes or Northampton, then hop on a shuttle bus straight to the circuit.
By train & shuttle – smooth & simple
There’s no direct train to Silverstone, but it’s easy to get close and switch to one of the official event shuttles.
From London – via Milton Keynes Central
- Fast train from London Euston to Milton Keynes Central (around 35–60 mins)
- Then take the X91 Stagecoach Shuttle to the circuit (about 60 mins)

Shuttles usually run on Saturday and Sunday in line with the race schedule. Expect queues, especially on Sunday morning and after the race.
Driving your car or riding your motorbike
Travelling in your own vehicle gives you flexibility, but be ready for heavy traffic on race day. Around Silverstone, there are one-way systems and temporary road closures, especially on Dadford Road and the A43.
- From Birmingham: around 60 mins via M1 & A43
- From London: about 90–120 mins via M40 & A43
